Sound like something right out of the M.A.P. book. But that is a quote from Robert Kiyosaki. What he says is very true. There is an energy that happens inside us that is unmistakable when we are passionate about what we are doing. So many people have said to me through the years that they loved what they were doing so much they did not care if they got paid, they would still do it. That is the way I feel about singing. All I want to do is sing. Whether I get paid or not has never been a factor. But in business getting paid is a factor. The passion for it however, is no different.
If you have not already done so, I would love to suggest Robert's book BUSINESS SCHOOL. For those of us on the Diamond Run, it is required reading. It is a fast read packed with tons of great suggestions. You can pick it up anywhere.
